What areas do you service?

While we are Mornington Peninsula locals, we service anywhere in Victoria and can even help you move interstate.

How do you calculate your fees?

We offer fixed quotes for complete jobs as well as hourly fixed quotes. This means we won’t charge you extra if the move takes longer due to unforeseeable circumstances (traffic, etc). All our quotes (including in-person quotes) are free of charge.

What type of trucks do you use?

Master Movers has a large fleet of trucks to help you with your next move. Unlike smaller trucks you can hire and drive yourself, our trucks require a truck license due to their size. Due to the space they offer, we can move everything in one go rather than charge you more to do multiple trips.

I've got pets, can they be there on move day?

Absolutely! Moving is just as stressful – if not more – for your pets. We’re a pet-friendly company that ensures your pets (and their favourite toy!) are moved safely.

What happens if my furniture is lost or damaged?

While our team uses high-quality materials and are expert packers, accidents can happen. In the rare case something is lost or damaged, the Master Movers team is fully insured and backed by Allianz and Marine Transit Insurance, and they will submit a claim for you.

Master Movers requires that any insurance claims are made within 48 hours of your move date.

Master Movers will not be remove possessions that have not been safely packed and ready to move

Please be advised that cartons, bags or any utensils not packed by our Master Packers cannot be insured.

Can you help me move my piano or billiard table?

Despite the complex nature of things like pianos and pool tables, our team’s knowledge and experience means we can assist, so you don’t need to outsource.

Would highly recommend this company. Graeme and Andrew showed up early to be ready for the job, moving my things fast and efficiently to my storage unit. Friendly guys. The whole process was a breeze, as we all know moving can be stressful. Communication was great on the teams end. Huge thanks again to Paul and the rest of the crew in the company. Anyone who knows me well, is aware that I rarely give a 5 star review to anyone on my google reviews. Jack, Dave, Rhys and Andrew….. these guys were amazing…. so considerate, thoughtful, fun to be with , hard working non stop. We just had our second move in as many years last week, and we approached Master Movers again after a great first experience. Paul welcomed us back warmly when I emailed him for a quote and booking, and we were able to quickly work out and lock in a date for our move.On the day of the move, David, Cam and Reyen turned up right on time and set to work quickly and carefully loading our belongings into the truck. We weren’t as organised as we would have liked but they made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, they asked for (and listened to) instructions where needed, and are a very friendly and capable team.All in all the move was done and dusted in 5 hours and our personal effects were handled with respect and care. While we hope not to require their services again any time soon, we know we’d be in great hands if we did.
