Then there is the other half of Brighton: the apartments and townhouses along New Street, Bay Street and the Church Street end. Those come with lift bookings, timed loading zones and body corporate rules about protecting common areas. We sort that out with the building beforehand, so nobody is arguing in a foyer while the truck sits on a clearway.

What a Brighton move costs

We will not quote a number down the phone and then change it on the day. For anything more than a few items we will come out, look at the job and give you a price we stand by. What moves that price is how much there is, how far it is going, and how hard it is to reach the truck. Stairs, lift bookings and permit parking all take time, and it is better we know beforehand.
